She received a B.S. in Sociology from Texas Woman’s University and a M.A. Counseling Psychology degree from Texas A & I University. She is licensed as a professional counselor, marriage and family therapist and chemical dependency counselor. |

Timothy Louis, Sr. Vice President of Marriage Education, has been with Family Services for 30 years. He received his B.A. from Southeast Missouri State University and his M.S.W. from the University of Houston. He is a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed marriage and family therapist. |

Shunney H.C. Nair, Sr. Vice President of Communications and Development, has 15 years corporate and nonprofit marketing experience and 10 years experience in fund development. She has a B.S. from University of Oregon, a M.B.A. from the University of Houston and has been a Certified Fund Raising Executive since 2002. |

Debbie Moffett, Vice President of Strategic Planning, is responsible for leading the agency’s 10x10 Challenge strategic initiative and will be working with the Board’s planning committee, the Management Team and the staff. Keith Rea, Vice President of Operations, has more than 20 years experience in information technology. During his tenure at Family Services he led the in-house development of dataTRAQ, a web-based data collection and management software system. He is a graduate of Marion College in Indiana. |

In his previous position as Manager of Program Development, he initiated three projects and has headed merger and acquisition initiatives.
