international nonprofit association founded in 1911, is dedicated
to strengthening family life through services, education and
advocacy. Family Services of Greater Houston is a member of
Alliance for Children and Families.

Formed in 1951, the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is dedicated
to improving the quality of the nation’s health care through
voluntary accreditation. Family Services of Greater Houston
is accredited by this organization, which is now known as The Joint Commission.

| The United Way of Greater Houston, most recently known as the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast,
is dedicated to increasing the organized capacity of people
to care for themselves and others. The United Way funds over
250 programs offered by more than 80 affiliated agencies. Family
Services of Greater Houston is the fourth largest United Way
agency in the Texas Gulf Coast area since its inception with
the United Way. |
