Crystal Reports Specialist:
Family Services is seeking an Information Technology professional with strong Crystal Reports experience. This position is responsible for the creation and delivery of quality, data driven reporting to be utilized at all management levels within the organization.

Responsibilities include the provision of program outcome and outputs, management reporting, accounting analysis, and contract compliance reporting.  Must maintain knowledge about and adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as compliance with funding source requirements and standards. Candidate will develop technical processes for delivery of all reporting within a .Net environment. Must have excellent time management skills, the ability to interface with staff at all levels of the organization, and have the ability to multi-task in a rapid paced environment. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in information systems or computer science.
  • Documented paid work experience in providing technical services may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement on a 1:1 basis (1 year of documented paid experience may be substituted for 1 year of college).
  • Minimum of 1 year paid work experience focusing on the use of Crystal Reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL within the scope of a major data management system.

Clinician - Fort Bend Location

Family Services is seeking a master’s level clinician to provide individual and family counseling in our Fort Bend location.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum educational requirements are a Master’s degree in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy.
  • Licensure at an independent practice level and at least two years of experience in individual and or family counseling.
