President & CEO
Bio: Charly Weldon joined Family Houston in 2016. She previously served as Executive Director of both The Beacon Homeless Shelter and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, as well as served in a leadership position at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

George Hidalgo

CFO & Treasurer
Bio: Mr.Hidalgo joined Family Houston in 2013. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously served at ExxonMobil where he held leadership positions in strategic planning, finance, sales and business management.

Paz Guerra

Senior Vice President of Program Services
Bio: Ms. Guerra has been with Family Houston for more than 35 years. She received a B.S. in Sociology from Texas Woman’s University and an M.S. Counseling Psychology degree from Texas A & I University. She is licensed as a professional counselor, marriage and family therapist and chemical dependency counselor.

Jessica Cisneros

Vice President of Behavioral Health Services
Bio: Ms. Cisneros joined Family Houston in 2012. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and her M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Houston. She is a Texas board approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Board Certified Coach through the Center of Credentialing and Education. Ms. Cisneros has over 7 years of supervisory experience and 6 years of clinical work experience.

Veronica Garza

Vice President of Accreditation and Board Affairs
Bio: Ms. Garza has been with Family Houston for more than 15 years. She received her B.A. and her M.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Michele McClinton

Vice President of Human Resources
Bio: Ms. McClinton joined Family Houston in 2008. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field with extensive knowledge in all facets of Human Resource Management, ranging from employee relations to HRIS, staffing and benefits. She received her B.B.A. in Management from the University of Houston.

Jennifer Reeves

Vice President of Development
Bio: Jennifer Reeves joined Family Houston in 2016. She is an accomplished Development professional with nearly 20 years of experience raising funds for Houston’s nonprofit community. Jennifer received a B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She also holds Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification.
