An Appointment Specialist will help determine which of our services best meets your needs and assist in scheduling your first appointment at a Family Services office or community location most convenient to you. Appointments may be scheduled between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday. In most cases, services can begin within 24 hours after the call has been placed. Visits to Family Services are held in strict confidence.

Family Services provides quality care to all individuals and families, either on a sliding fee scale or at no cost to the client. Federal funds from the Ryan White Care Act and the Texas Department of Health allow Family Services to provide most HIV/AIDS Services at no cost to clients.
