Family Services welcomes new members to its Board of Directors Family Services welcomes four new members to its Board of Directors. These corporate leaders bring a variety of skills and experience to Family Services. David G. Dunlap practices business, energy and finance law and is a partner in the Business Transactions section of Jackson Walker and has been involved in the representation of individuals and business entities, and Texas-based, out-of-state and international financial institutions since 1974. David is certified in oil, gas and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He is a former Chairman of the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. In addition, David is a member of the board of Covenant House Texas and a trustee of the St. Martins Episcopal Church Endowment. Sten Gustafson is the new Executive Director at UBS Investment Banking. Prior to joining UBS, Sten was an Executive Director of Morgan Stanleys Global Energy Group. He works with regional retail, transportation and petrochemical companies. Before entering investment banking in 1995, Sten was a corporate and securities attorney with the international law firms of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and Baker Botts. Sten currently serves on the board of the Houston Grand Opera and has previously served as a board member for the Texas-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce. Steve Mach currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for his familys firm Mach Industrial Group, LP, a manufacturer of pipe and related products for various industries. Since 1992, Steve has worked for his familys firm, which is in its 50th year of operation. Steve currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Trinity University Alumni Association and is a member of Trinitys Board of Visitors. In addition, he serves on the executive board of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America Gulf Coast Chapter as the Chief Financial Officer. He is also a life member of the Partnership for Baylor College of Medicine. Reynaldo Reza, CFA, is a Vice President at Fayez Sarofim & Co. Rey joined the company as an Associate in 1995 after interning with the firm in the summer of 1994. He is currently responsible for the research of the aerospace / defense, electrical equipment, capital goods, tobacco, health care services and paper and forestry product industries. In addition to his investment research
responsibilities, he is also a portfolio manager for a wide variety of
U.S. institutional clients, as well as high net worth individuals. He
