Our dynamic, hands-on Practical Parent Education classes give you the practical information and support you need to be an even better parent and family member. During this program, you’ll discover:

- Effective ways to discipline
- What it takes to build healthy self-esteem in your child
- How to talk to your child
- The important stages of child development
- How to manage your anger
We also offer a Parenting & Divorce course that teaches parents how to avoid putting their children in the middle of their own conflicts during and after divorce. The course teaches parents skills to help themselves and their children through this difficult transition.
The class qualifies as court-mandated divorcing parent education and is endorsed by the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, based on university research and is a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) model program.
