TRACKING OUR PROGRESS

Like any organization that continually adapts to the changing needs of its community, Family Houston confronts many challenges. In 1999, the agency launched dataTRAQ to resolve one of those challenges: the efficient tracking and management of client and employee activities.

Today, every member of Family Houston staff uses dataTRAQ. The program makes it possible to effectively manage on-going report requests, coordinate client and staff scheduling, and generate invoices on demand. With such tracking, Family Houston has been able to increase the number of funding streams, ultimately resulting in a consistent increase in the number of clients we serve.

Family Houston offers dataTRAQ to other nonprofits. Because this data collection and operational management program is web-based, it is simple to use and cost-effective. Flexibility is built into the design, allowing agencies to customize the program to meet their unique needs.
